Are the products at ShopMyGreen legal in Germany?
Absolutely. At ShopMyGreen, we only sell products that are 100% compliant with current legal regulations in Germany and the EU. Our flowers, vapes, and edibles contain cannabinoids (such as CBD, THP420, Superior, etc.) that are not subject to the Narcotics Act (BtMG) or the NpSG. We test every batch in the laboratory to ensure that the THC limit (below 0.2% or 0.3% depending on the product type) is strictly adhered to.
Do I need to worry about customs or the police?
No. Since we ship directly, there are no customs checks (as with orders from abroad). Since our products are legal, you have nothing to worry about. Your package is a normal UPS package, just like if you were ordering socks.
Are your products laboratory tested?
Yes, transparency is our top priority. Our products are certified by independent laboratories. These certificates confirm not only the purity (free of pesticides and heavy metals), but also the exact active ingredient content. How discreet is shipping at ShopMyGreen?
