1. Shipping costs

• Germany: €7.99 – free shipping on orders of €79.00 or more

• European Union: €9.99

• Switzerland: €22.00

• Worldwide: €29.99

 

2. Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the offer, delivery will be made within 1–3 business days of receipt of payment.

There are no deliveries on Sundays and holidays.

 

3. Shipping provider

We ship exclusively via UPS.

Both shipping providers offer reliable and fast delivery, including tracking.

 

4. Package Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to check the current status of your shipment online.

 

5. Transfer of Risk / Damage During Transport

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the customer or an authorized recipient upon delivery.

Please inspect the goods upon receipt and report any shipping damage immediately to the shipping carrier as well as to our customer service.

Delivery to UPS PackStations is available.

Please enter a complete and accurate Packstation address during the ordering process.
